Mississippi Sin Sliders

Ingredients
For the Sliders:
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or dinner rolls), kept whole in the slab
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes & green chilies, drained
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 lb deli ham, chopped (or cooked bacon/cooked sausage)
- 3 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, Rotel, ranch seasoning, ham, and green onions until well combined.
2. Assemble the Sliders
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Without separating the rolls, slice the entire slab in half horizontally to create a top and bottom.
- Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the cheesy filling evenly over the bottom layer.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
3. Make the Glaze
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, and garlic powder.
- Brush generously over the top of the sliders.
4. Bake & Serve
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 5-10 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm!
