Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Toppings:

  • 4-5 bananas, sliced
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Crust:
    • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
    • Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. Prepare Filling:
    • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
    • Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
    • Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble Dessert:
    • Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the chilled crust.
    • Arrange the sliced bananas evenly over the filling.
    • Spoon the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the banana layer.
    • Spread the whipped topping evenly over the pineapple layer.
  4. Chill Dessert:
    • Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  5. Serve:
    • Before serving, drizzle the chocolate syrup over the top of the dessert.
    • Garnish with maraschino cherries and chopped nuts, if desired.
    • Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
