No-Bake Snickers Crunch Bars Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (divided)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pan:
    • Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Make the Base Layer:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1/2 cup of peanut butter and honey. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and well combined.
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal, chopped Snickers bars, and chopped peanuts. Pour the peanut butter and honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish. Set aside.
  3. Make the Chocolate Layer:
    • In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and the remaining 1/2 cup of peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
    • Pour the chocolate mixture over the base layer in the baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Add the Caramel Drizzle:
    • Drizzle the caramel sauce over the chocolate layer. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the caramel into the chocolate for a marbled effect.
  5. Chill:
    • Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the bars are completely set.
  6. Slice and Serve:
    • Once set, lift the bars out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.

Tips:

  • Storage: Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
  • Customize: Add mini marshmallows, pretzel pieces, or a sprinkle of sea salt for extra flavor and texture.
  • Homemade Caramel Sauce: If you don’t have store-bought caramel sauce, you can make your own by melting 1 cup of sugar with 6 tablespoons of butter and 1/2 cup of heavy cream.

These No-Bake Snickers Crunch Bars are rich, indulgent, and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. Let me know if you try them or need more dessert ideas! 😊🍫🥜
