Instructions
1️⃣ Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or Bundt pan.
2️⃣ Crush wafers: Pulse wafers in a food processor until fine (or crush in a bag with a rolling pin).
3️⃣ Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine wafer crumbs, sugar, and baking powder.
4️⃣ Add wet ingredients: Stir in eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in nuts (if using).
5️⃣ Bake: Pour into pan and bake 30-35 mins (until a toothpick comes out clean).
