Oreo Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls are a decadent twist on the classic cinnamon roll. The addition of Oreo cookies takes these rolls to a whole new level of deliciousness! Here’s how to make them:

Oreo Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

For the Rolls:

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

For the Filling:

  • 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional for extra flavor)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or follow the package instructions for the refrigerated cinnamon rolls.
  • Lightly grease a baking dish or use parchment paper to line it.
  • Open the can of cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside for later use.

2. Make the Oreo Filling:

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  • In a small bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter to create a sticky filling.

3. Assemble the Rolls:

  • Unroll the cinnamon rolls from the can. Gently separate each roll and flatten it slightly using your hands or a rolling pin.
  • Sprinkle about 1-2 tablespoons of the Oreo and butter mixture on top of each flattened cinnamon roll.
  • Starting from one edge, tightly roll up the dough with the Oreo filling inside.

4. Bake the Rolls:

  • Place the stuffed rolls into the prepared baking dish, leaving some space between each roll.
  • Bake according to the package instructions (usually around 15-20 minutes) or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

5. Drizzle with Icing:

  • Once the rolls are done baking, remove them from the oven and immediately drizzle the icing (which came with the cinnamon roll package) over the top while the rolls are still warm.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

  • Let the rolls cool for a few minutes, then serve and enjoy your delicious Oreo Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls!

Tips:

  • For Extra Oreo Flavor: Add a bit of crushed Oreos to the icing as well for an even more indulgent treat!
  • Customize the Filling: You can experiment by adding a little bit of vanilla extract or cream cheese for extra richness in the filling.
