📝 Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups gluten-free chocolate cookies (or Oreos, if GF isn’t needed)

  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)

For the Filling:

  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened (or dairy-free alternative)

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural or regular)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (or erythritol for sugar-free)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream), whipped to stiff peaks

For the Topping (Optional):

  • Chocolate ganache (½ cup melted chocolate + ¼ cup cream)

  • Chopped Reese’s cups

  • Salted peanuts


🍴 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Crust

  1. Crush cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and sugar (if using).

  2. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing the filling.

2️⃣ Prepare the Filling

  1. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Gently fold in whipped cream until fully combined (don’t overmix!).

3️⃣ Assemble & Chill

  1. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.

  2. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight for best texture).

4️⃣ Add Toppings & Serve

  1. Drizzle with chocolate ganache and sprinkle with Reese’s cups or peanuts.

  2. Slice with a warm knife for clean cuts.
