Amish Peanut Butter Cream Pie 🥜🥧

A rich, creamy, no-bake peanut butter pie with a fluffy texture and a buttery graham cracker crust. This Amish-inspired dessert is easy to make and irresistibly decadent!


Ingredients

*(For a 9-inch pie)*

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or vanilla wafers)

  • ⅓ cup melted butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar

Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

Topping (Optional):

  • Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate

  • Chopped peanuts

  • Extra whipped cream


Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Crust

  • Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

  • Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill 15 mins.

2️⃣ Prepare the Filling

  • Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Gently fold in whipped topping until fully combined.

3️⃣ Assemble & Chill

  • Pour filling into the crust and smooth the top.

  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight).

4️⃣ Garnish & Serve

  • Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle chopped peanuts.

  • Slice and enjoy cold!

🍫 For chocolate lovers: Add cocoa powder to the crust or swirl melted chocolate into the filling.
🥜 Crunchy version: Use chunky peanut butter or mix in crushed peanuts.
