Here’s your No-Sugar, No-Flour Energy Bites recipe – a healthy, naturally sweet snack packed with protein and fiber!

🍯 Peanut-Date Energy Bites

(Makes 12–15 bites)

🌱 Ingredients

  • 1 cup (150g) pitted dates (soaked in warm water for 10 mins if hard)
  • 1 cup (140g) roasted peanuts (unsalted)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional, for chocolatey flavor)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or peanut butter (for binding)
  • Pinch of salt (if peanuts are unsalted)

👩🍳 Instructions

  1. Blitz peanuts in a food processor until finely chopped (not butter). Set aside.
  2. Process dates until they form a sticky paste.
  3. Combine all ingredients in the processor:
    • Dates + peanuts + cocoa/cinnamon + coconut oil (or PB).
    • Pulse until mixture clumps together.
  4. Roll into balls (1 tbsp each).
  5. Chill 30 mins to firm up (or freeze for 15 mins).

  • Protein boost: Add 1 scoop vanilla protein powder.
  • Crunchy: Roll in crushed peanuts or coconut flakes.
  • Chocolate-dipped: Melt dark chocolate (sugar-free) and drizzle.
