Red Velvet Cream Cheese Brownies
Decadent, fudgy red velvet brownies swirled with a tangy cream cheese layer—perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
Red Velvet Brownie Layer:

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp red food coloring (liquid or gel)

¼ cup cocoa powder

¾ cup all-purpose flour

¼ tsp salt
Cream Cheese Swirl:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup granulated sugar
-
1 large egg yolk
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Prep & Preheat:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
2. Make the Red Velvet Brownie Batter:

Whisk melted butter and sugar in a bowl.

Add eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring, mixing until vibrant.

Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt, stirring until just combined (don’t overmix).
3. Make the Cream Cheese Swirl:

Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Assemble & Bake:

Spread ¾ of the brownie batter into the pan.

Dollop cream cheese mixture on top, then add remaining brownie batter.

Use a knife to swirl layers gently.

Bake 25–30 mins (center should be slightly fudgy).

Cool completely before slicing.
