Roast Beef Pinwheels: Easy, Elegant Appetizers

These savory pinwheels combine tender roast beef, creamy cheese, and fresh veggies in a perfectly rolled bite—ideal for parties, lunches, or snacks!


Ingredients

✔ 4 large flour tortillas (or spinach/herb wraps for color)
✔ 8 oz cream cheese, softened
✔ 1 tbsp horseradish sauce (or Dijon mustard)
✔ 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
✔ ½ tsp garlic powder
✔ 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef (deli-style or leftover)
✔ 1 cup baby spinach or arugula
✔ ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Swiss/provolone)
✔ ¼ cup roasted red peppers, sliced (optional)
✔ 2 green onions, finely chopped


Instructions

  1. Prep the Spread:

    • Mix cream cheese, horseradish, Worcestershire, and garlic powder until smooth.

  2. Assemble:

    • Spread 2 tbsp cream cheese mix evenly over each tortilla.

    • Layer roast beef, spinach, cheese, red peppers, and green onions.

    • Press gently to adhere.

  3. Roll Tightly:

    • Fold in the sides slightly, then roll from the bottom up (like a burrito).

    • Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate 30+ minutes (helps them hold shape).

  4. Slice & Serve:

    • Unwrap and cut into 1-inch pinwheels with a sharp knife.

    • Secure with toothpicks if needed.
