📝 Ingredients
- 3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour (or bread flour)
- 1 tsp instant yeast (or active dry yeast, proofed first)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup (240ml) warm water (105-110°F / 40-43°C)
- 3 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary (or thyme/oregano)
- Flaky sea salt (for topping)
- Optional toppings: Garlic slices, cherry tomatoes, olives

1. Make the Dough
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Add warm water + 2 tbsp olive oil, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead by hand (or mixer) for 5 mins until smooth.
2. First Rise
- Coat dough with 1 tbsp olive oil, cover, and let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.
3. Shape & Second Rise
- Line a 6-quart slow cooker with parchment paper (or grease well).
- Press dough into the pot, dimple with fingers, and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Sprinkle rosemary + sea salt (add toppings if using).
- Cover and let rise 30 mins.
4. Cook
- Set slow cooker to HIGH and cook 1.5-2 hours until golden on edges.
- Optional: Broil in oven for 2-3 mins for a crisp top.
