Spinach & Artichoke Wonton Cups
Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

2 tbsp grated Parmesan

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional Garnish:

Extra Parmesan, chopped parsley, or a drizzle of hot honey
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

Press wonton wrappers into each cup, forming a star shape (edges will stick out). Lightly spray with oil (for crispiness).

Bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and let cool slightly.

Make the filling:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant (~30 sec).
