🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Bombs

Creamy cheesecake filling wrapped in a golden crust, dipped in strawberry glaze, and topped with graham crumbs—bite-sized bliss!

📝 Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup (60g) crushed graham crackers

For the Dough & Coating:

  • 1 (16.3 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

  • 4 tbsp (60g) butter, melted

  • ½ cup (100g) strawberry jam (warmed for dipping)

  • Extra graham crumbs (for rolling)

Optional Garnish:

  • Powdered sugar

  • Fresh strawberry slices

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the Filling

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in graham crumbs.

  2. Freeze 15 mins for easier handling.

2. Assemble the Bombs

  1. Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 3-inch circle.

  2. Place 1 tbsp filling in the center, then pinch edges to seal into a ball.

3. Bake & Coat

  1. Dip each ball in melted butter, then roll in graham crumbs.

  2. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 mins until golden.

  3. While warm, dip tops in strawberry jam and sprinkle with more crumbs.

4. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Drizzle with extra jam or dust with powdered sugar. Best served slightly warm.

💡 Pro Tips

  • No biscuit dough? Use crescent roll dough (cut into squares).

  • Extra gooey? Add a strawberry slice inside before baking.

  • Make ahead: Freeze unbaked bombs, then bake straight from frozen (+5 mins).

🍰 Why These Work

  • 5-ingredient shortcut (thanks, canned dough!).

  • Portable—perfect for parties or sweet cravings.

  • Kids love helping assemble these!

Warning: Highly addictive—batch wisely! 😉🍓

(P.S. Swap jam for Nutella or lemon curd for fun variations!)
