8 slices of thick-cut bread (preferably Texas Toast bread)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, dried parsley, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Prepare the Bread:
Lay out the slices of bread on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture on each slice of bread.
Add the Cheese:
In a medium bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the buttered slices of bread.
Bake:
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
