Ingredients

  • 8 slices of thick-cut bread (preferably Texas Toast bread)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Butter:
    • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, dried parsley, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Prepare the Bread:
    • Lay out the slices of bread on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture on each slice of bread.
  4. Add the Cheese:
    • In a medium bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
    • Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the buttered slices of bread.
  5. Bake:
    • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
  6. Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
