Ingredients
- 8 slices of thick-cut bread (preferably Texas Toast bread)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, dried parsley, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Prepare the Bread:
- Lay out the slices of bread on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture on each slice of bread.
- Add the Cheese:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the buttered slices of bread.
- Bake:
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
