1½ cups (180g) powdered sugar

½ cup (60g) lemon-flavored instant pudding mix (*or ¼ cup extra powdered sugar + 1 tbsp lemon zest*)

1. Melt the Coating

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and butter.

2. Coat the Chex
