Air Fryer Bacon and Eggs on Toast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread (your choice of bread)
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 3 minutes.

2. Cook the Bacon:

  • Place the bacon slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry the bacon at 360°F (182°C) for about 8-10 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your bacon. You can flip the bacon halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
  • Once done, remove the bacon and set it aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess fat.

3. Toast the Bread:

  • While the bacon is cooking, lightly butter the bread if desired. You can also drizzle it with a little olive oil for extra flavor.
  • Once the bacon is finished, remove the bacon from the air fryer basket, and place the slices of bread in the basket.

  • After the bread is toasted, remove it from the air fryer.
  • Place the toast back into the air fryer basket.

  • Season with salt and pepper.
