Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders 🍗🍯🧄

These Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with a sweet and savory garlic honey butter sauce. They’re super easy to make and perfect for a quick dinner or snack!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Honey Butter Garlic Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.

2. Coat the Chicken:

  • Place the chicken tenders in a large bowl and pour about half of the honey butter garlic sauce over them. Toss the chicken tenders to coat them evenly with the sauce.

3. Air Fry the Chicken Tenders:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If your air fryer is small, you may need to cook them in batches.
  • Air fry the chicken tenders for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is crispy on the outside and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

4. Finish with Sauce:

  • Once the chicken tenders are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and place them in a serving dish.
  • Drizzle the remaining honey butter garlic sauce over the top of the chicken tenders.

5. Serve:

  • Serve the chicken tenders hot, with a side of dipping sauce like ranch, honey mustard, or extra garlic sauce for dipping.

Tips:

  • For extra crispiness: You can lightly coat the chicken tenders with breadcrumbs or panko before air frying for an even crispier texture.
  • Adjust sweetness: If you like a sweeter chicken tender, feel free to add a little more honey to the sauce.
  • Storage: Leftover chicken tenders can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for the best texture.

These Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders are a perfect combination of sweet, savory, and garlicky flavors with a crispy texture that’s hard to resist! Enjoy! 🍯🍗
