Instructions:
- Preparation:
- In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, or until it becomes frothy.
- Making the Dough:

- Using your fingers, gently stretch and press the dough to fit the pan, creating dimples in the surface.
- Adding Toppings:
- Drizzle the top of the dough with a bit of olive oil.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the surface.
- Arrange the sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and fresh herbs, if using.
- Baking:
