Easy Fruity Marshmallow Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups fruity mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup sprinkles (optional, for extra color)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pan:
    • Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment paper with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Melt the chocolate mixture:
    • In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
    • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the marshmallows:
    • Let the chocolate mixture cool for 2-3 minutes (this prevents the marshmallows from melting completely). Then, gently fold in the fruity mini marshmallows and sprinkles (if using) until evenly distributed.
  4. Set the fudge:
    • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
    • Press a few extra marshmallows and sprinkles on top for a decorative touch.
  5. Chill:
    • Refrigerate the fudge for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Slice and serve:
    • Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares and serve.

Tips:

  • Customize the mix-ins: Swap fruity marshmallows for regular mini marshmallows, or add chopped nuts, dried fruit, or crushed cookies.
  • Storage: Store the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. It can also be frozen for longer storage.
  • Gifting: Package the fudge in a cute box or tin for a homemade gift idea.

Enjoy this Easy Fruity Marshmallow Fudge—it’s a sweet, chewy, and colorful treat that everyone will love! Let me know if you’d like more fudge or dessert ideas. 😊
