Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
- Prepare the Beef:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Evenly divide the cooked ground beef among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
- Add diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and diced red onion on top of the cheese and beef.
- Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise over the fillings.
- Wrap the Tortillas:
- Fold the sides of each tortilla inwards, then roll up the bottom tightly over the filling to form a wrap.
- Grill the Wraps:
- Preheat a grill pan or large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
- Serve:
- Remove the wraps from the grill pan and let them cool for a minute.
- Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
