🌱 Ingredients
- 1 cup (150g) pitted dates (soaked in warm water for 10 mins if hard)
- 1 cup (140g) roasted peanuts (unsalted)

- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or peanut butter (for binding)
- Pinch of salt (if peanuts are unsalted)

- Blitz peanuts in a food processor until finely chopped (not butter). Set aside.
