Ingredients (continued):

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust Layer:

    • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined.
    • Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even crust. Place it in the fridge to chill while you prepare the other layers.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer:

    • In a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
    • Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.
  3. Prepare the Pecan Pie Layer:

    • In a bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.
    • Stir in the chopped pecans.
    • Pour this mixture over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
  4. Make the Whipped Topping Layer:

    • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
    • Spread the whipped cream evenly over the pecan pie layer.
  5. Chill and Serve:

    • Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the layers to set.
    • Once chilled, slice and serve!

Tips:

  • If you want extra pecan flavor, sprinkle a few whole pecans on top of the whipped topping before refrigerating.
