Baked Caesar Chicken Recipe

Baked Caesar Chicken is a creamy, flavorful, and easy-to-make dish that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner or an elegant meal for guests. With minimal prep time and a handful of ingredients, this dish is sure to become a favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing (creamy-style)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or a bit of olive oil.
  2. Prepare the Chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season both sides with garlic powder and black pepper.
  3. Mix the Sauce:
In a medium bowl, combine the Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese. Stir until evenly mixed.
  4. Coat the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the Caesar dressing mixture evenly over the top of each piece. Ensure they are well coated for maximum flavor.
  5. Bake the Chicken:
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top (if using), and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve with a side of roasted vegetables, a crisp Caesar salad, or buttery garlic bread.
  • Pair with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes for a more filling meal.

Tips:

  • For a tangier flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and a high-quality Caesar dressing.
  • If you prefer a lighter version, use low-fat Caesar dressing and skip the mozzarella topping.

Enjoy your creamy, cheesy, and absolutely delicious Baked Caesar Chicken!
