Instructions
1. Prep the Bread

- Spread bread cubes evenly in the dish. Sprinkle raisins on top.
2. Make the Custard
- In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour over the bread, pressing down gently to soak. Let sit 15 mins (or refrigerate overnight).
3. Bake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
