The easiest, fudgiest cookies you’ll ever make—using just a box of brownie mix! Crispy edges, chewy centers, and packed with chocolatey goodness.
Ingredients

1 box (18 oz) brownie mix (any brand)

¼ cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

¼ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter for richer flavor)

1 cup chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended!)
Instructions
1. Prep & Mix

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, stir together brownie mix, flour, eggs, and oil until combined (no dry streaks).

Fold in chocolate chips (if using).
2. Scoop & Bake

Drop 1.5-tbsp scoops of dough onto the sheet (2 inches apart).

Bake for 9-11 minutes (edges should be set, centers soft).
3. Cool & Enjoy

Let cool 2 mins on the tray, then transfer to a rack.

Devour warm with milk or store airtight for 3 days.
