Crustless Coconut Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)

4 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

¼ cup butter, melted & cooled

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or similar baking dish.

Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together shredded coconut, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.

Blend wet ingredients: In another bowl, beat eggs, then mix in milk, vanilla, and melted butter.
