- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (or neutral oil)

📝 Instructions
1️⃣ Roast the hazelnuts
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast 10-12 mins until fragrant.
- Let cool slightly, then rub in a clean towel to remove skins (don’t worry if some remain).
2️⃣ Blend into butter
- Process hazelnuts in a food processor or high-speed blender for 5-10 mins, scraping sides often, until it turns into a smooth butter.
3️⃣ Add remaining ingredients
- Add cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and coconut oil. Blend until silky.
- For a thinner spread, add milk 1 tbsp at a time.
4️⃣ Store & enjoy!
- Transfer to a jar and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Stir before use (it thickens when chilled).
💡 Pro Tips
✔ For extra richness: Add 1-2 tbsp melted dark chocolate.
