- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (120ml) mayonnaise
- ½ cup (120ml) sour cream
- 1 cup (120g) shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan, divided
- 1 cup (150g) diced cooked turkey (or rotisserie chicken)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ cup (50g) panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
📝 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Mix base: Beat cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream until smooth. Stir in cheddar, ½ cup Parmesan, turkey, bacon, tomato, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Top: Transfer to dish. Mix panko, melted butter, and remaining ½ cup Parmesan; sprinkle over dip.
4️⃣ Bake 20-25 mins until bubbly and golden.
5️⃣ Broil 1-2 mins for extra crispiness (watch closely!).
