Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls

These Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls are the perfect snack or appetizer, combining the delicious flavors of garlic, mozzarella cheese, and savory parmesan. Easy to make and irresistibly tasty, they’re perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the Dough:

  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Stretch it into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

3. Make the Garlic Butter:

  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

4. Brush the Dough:

  • Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the entire surface of the pizza dough.

6. Roll It Up:

  • Carefully roll the pizza dough into a tight log or cylinder, starting from one long edge. Be sure to roll it evenly to prevent the cheese from spilling out during baking.

7. Slice the Rolls:

  • Slice the rolled dough into about 1 to 1 ½ inch slices.
