Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives (if using) until well coated with the flour mixture.

- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
