S’mores Bars
The gooey, chocolatey, marshmallow-packed dessert you love—now in easy, mess-free bar form!
Ingredients:
For the Graham Cracker Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 full sheets)

½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

For the Chocolate Layer:

2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)

1 cup heavy cream (or sub half with sweetened condensed milk for extra fudginess)
For the Marshmallow Layer:

2 cups mini marshmallows (or 4–5 cups for a thicker layer)

Optional: ½ cup crushed graham crackers for topping
Instructions:
1. Make the Crust:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

Mix graham crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and salt until combined. Press firmly into the pan.

Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
2. Make the Chocolate Ganache:

Heat cream until steaming (microwave or stovetop). Pour over chocolate chips in a bowl.

Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Pour over the crust.
3. Add Marshmallows:

Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate.

Optional: Toast with a kitchen torch (carefully!) or broil for 30–60 seconds until golden (watch closely—they burn fast!).
4. Chill & Serve:

Refrigerate for 2+ hours to set. Lift out using parchment, slice, and enjoy!
