Ingredients:
Seafood Boil:
- 1 lb large shrimp, deveined and shell-on
- 1 lb snow crab legs
- 1 lb clams, cleaned
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned
- 1 lb small red potatoes
- 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 1 smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare Seafood and Vegetables:
- Rinse the seafood thoroughly and set aside.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the red potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the corn and smoked sausage to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Cook Seafood:
- Add the shrimp, crab legs, clams, and mussels to the pot. Add the Old Bay seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), and salt and pepper.
- Squeeze the lemon quarters over the pot and add the garlic. Stir everything together and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked and the clams and mussels have opened. Discard any that do not open.
- Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice, chopped parsley, and salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Combine and Serve:
- Drain the seafood and vegetables from the pot and transfer them to a large serving platter.
- Pour the garlic butter sauce over the seafood boil and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges and crusty bread, if desired.
