Ingredients:
Vanilla Cream:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 3 tbsp cornstarch
No-Cook Chocolate:
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Vanilla Cream:
- Prepare Vanilla Bean: If using a vanilla bean, split the bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla bean seeds (or vanilla extract).
- Heat Mixture: Heat over medium heat until the mixture begins to simmer, stirring occasionally. Do not let it boil.
- Thicken Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a few tablespoons of cold milk until smooth. Gradually add the cornstarch mixture to the simmering cream mixture, stirring constantly.
- Cook Until Thickened: Continue to cook and stir until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Chill: Pour the vanilla cream into serving glasses or bowls. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent a skin from forming. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
