Crockpot Easter Candy Clusters Recipe

These Crockpot Easter Candy Clusters are a fun, festive treat that’s incredibly easy to make. Perfect for Easter or any time you want a sweet, colorful snack! The combination of white almond bark, salted peanuts, mini marshmallows, and pastel candy gives it a delightful crunch and sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound white almond bark (or white chocolate melting wafers)
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (pastel-colored for Easter)
  • 1 cup pastel M&M’s or candy-coated chocolate eggs
  • Easter sprinkles (optional, for a festive touch)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crockpot:

  • Line the inside of your Crockpot with a liner for easy cleanup (optional but recommended). If not using a liner, lightly coat the inside with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Melt the Almond Bark:

  • Break the white almond bark (or white chocolate melting wafers) into pieces and place them in the Crockpot.
  • Set the Crockpot to low and let the almond bark melt for about 1 hour. Stir occasionally to ensure it melts evenly. If you’re using a high setting, be sure to stir every 20 minutes to avoid burning.

3. Add the Mix-ins:

  • Once the almond bark is melted, add the salted peanuts, mini marshmallows, and pastel M&M’s (or candy-coated chocolate eggs) into the melted mixture. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to crush the marshmallows.

4. Form the Clusters:

  • Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming small clusters.
  • You can also add Easter sprinkles on top of each cluster for an extra festive touch!

5. Let the Clusters Set:

  • Allow the candy clusters to cool and harden at room temperature for about 1-2 hours, or place them in the refrigerator to speed up the process.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

  • Once the clusters are fully set, serve and enjoy these delicious, crunchy, and sweet treats! Perfect for Easter baskets, parties, or snacking!

Tips for Success:

  • Storage: Store the candy clusters in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate them for longer shelf life.
  • Customize: You can use any type of candy-coated chocolates or marshmallows to suit the occasion. Red, green, or even seasonal-themed candies work just as well!

These Crockpot Easter Candy Clusters are an easy and festive treat that’s sure to delight everyone. Happy Easter and enjoy your candy clusters!
