- 1 cup (180g) M&Ms (plus extra for pressing on top)
Instructions
- Cream butter & sugars in a large bowl until fluffy (~3 mins). Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Dry ingredients: Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms (reserve some for topping).
- Chill dough for 30 mins (optional, but prevents overspreading).
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Scoop 2-tbsp balls of dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2″ apart. Press extra M&Ms on top.
- Bake 9-11 mins until edges are golden but centers look slightly underdone. Cool on the pan for 5 mins.
